Four grindings belong to the functional technique of the Erdholländermühle from 1868. Besides the mill there is a reconstructed baking house.
On the windmill is a rotating cap, which is turned by hand into the wind. The sail gates turn three grindings and a peeling. The grinding stages consist of two scrapings and a "Franzosen". The peeling was extensively repaired in 2011, so that since then wind-peeled barley can be produced from barley. For this purpose, a continuous wind of magnitude 6 from northwest of the miller is preferred. |
