Description
Stadtgalerie Brunsbüttel is the hotspot for contemporary art on the west coast. It has been presenting changing exhibitions of international artists from all genres since 1992. Vernissages, film evenings and art dates round off the offer and ensure that your visit is always worthwhile. A special highlight is the Artothek, where selected works are available for loan. Art lovers can find detailed information about the varied art education programme on the website, Instagram and Facebook. Art in public: steel ball on railway tracks by Diethelm Koch in South Brunsbüttel close to the ferry, sculpture ‘Überschreitung’ by Klaus Wiethoff in front of the Elbeforum, sculptures on the market place by Jan Koblasa, Ulrich Lindow and pupils.
