Das Blatt im Hochformat zeigt eine frontal ausgerichtete mumifizierte Dreiviertelfigur, die eng von den Konturen eines Sarges umschlossen wird. Bekleidet ist die Figur mit einem in vertikale Falten gelegtes Gewand. Die Ärmel weisen darüber hinaus auch eine regelmäßige horizontale Strukturierung auf. Den Hals umschließt ein viergliedriges Pektorale und den Kopf umgibt in Halbkreisform entweder eine Perücke oder ein Kopftuch mit radial angeordneten Strähnen bzw. Streifen. Über dem Kopf ist eine Reihe von Zeichen angebracht, die an Hieroglyphen erinnern.
