Ein Handzuginstrumen oder auch Akkordeon mit Lederriemen zum Festhalten. Der Faltkorpus ist mit Lederriemen zu öffnen und besteht aus Pappe und Papier mit stahlverstärkten Enden. Der Holzkorpus ist mit dekorativen Metallösen zu öffnen und an der Seite mit Schnitzarbeit in Form von einer Lyra und Blätterwerk verziert. Auf Dieser Seite befinden sich auch die 21 Knöpfe, weitere vier auf der anderen Seite. Die Spenderin kannte das Instrument nur als die "Musikkiste".
